If your order arrives in a less than perfect outer box, it's because we always use recycled boxes to post out in. It hurts our feelings to see boxes sent to be recycyled when we are always ready to use them. So if you ever see a few ladies in the York area hunting through the boxes at supermarkets, or leaving a store with a trolly piled high with empty boxes, it is probably us, in salvage mode!!
